We offer a straightforward consignment agreement with competitive and standard terms.  The seller’s commission works as a sliding scale based on the item’s value.  The scale is as follows:

The Auction House shall be entitled to a commission for each Item sold, which shall be a percentage of the final sale price. Additionally, any applicable fees for marketing, insurance, or handling shall be deducted from the sale proceeds. The following sliding scale is applied based on the value of the item: 25% commission for items sold up to $10,000; 20% commission for items sold $10,001-$100,000; 10% commission for any individual item sold over $100,000.

Round Top Auction will review the items submitted. Once approved for consignment, we will forward the complete consignment agreement for signature.
